Benefits highlights

Total Compensation

In addition to competitive wages, we offer a comprehensive total compensation package designed to support our employees’ health, financial security, and overall well-being.

Health Benefits

Eligible employees receive employer-paid extended health and dental benefits, including prescription drugs, vision care, paramedical services, and dental coverage. Life insurance, accidental death & dismemberment, critical illness coverage, and income protection through short- and long-term disability are also provided at no cost to employees.

As of mid-2026, an Employee Assistance & Mental Health Program is also included. Eligible employees and their immediate family members have access to confidential supports such as mental health counselling, wellness coaching, and leadership mental health training.

Pension Plan

To support long-term financial stability, eligible employees participate in a registered pension plan. Employees contribute a percentage of their earnings, up to 9%, and the employer matches those contributions, effectively increasing the total compensation and helping participants build retirement savings over time. Contributions are invested in professionally managed funds, with flexibility to adjust your investment approach as your needs change.

Vacation & Time Away From Work

WWK values work–life balance and recognizes the importance of time away from work. All full-time and regular part-time employees are entitled to paid vacation based on their length of service, calculated from their anniversary date.
