Each year, program managers prepare a detailed budget for Council’s review and approval. This process supports the timely and effective delivery of programs and services to the community. The Budget is then shared at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) to provide members with an opportunity to consider its details and ask questions. Special funds are allocated each year for important programs such as occupational skills training for members, post secondary education for kids, patient travel, public works, emergency repairs, and various other capital projects.
