he Treaty and Intergovernmental Relations Department advances Wei Wai Kum’s inherent rights, title, and self-government. The Nation is in Stage 5 of the BC Treaty Process and is actively pursuing a Self-Government Treaty Agreement to achieve early and meaningful benefits for members.

This work includes governance development, Constitution engagement, Nation-to-Nation relations, and collaboration with neighbouring Nations and governments to ensure Wei Wai Kum’s voice and authority are respected.
